There will be 9 different categories in the awards this year, and we welcome both self-submissions and nominations!

Marketing Professional of the Year, sponsored by SciLeads


Here we are seeking to recognize a real superstar in marketing. Someone who has seen huge success in their campaigns over the last 12 months, building brand awareness and bringing in qualified leads for their business.

As the world increasingly embraces artificial intelligence, we want to see examples of those who are making it work when selling to scientists. It could be someone embracing ChatGPT to write a successful piece of content or maybe someone who championed the implementation of an AI chatbot with great results.

This category celebrates a sales or marketing campaign that excelled; whether centred on sales, a new product launch, driving change, or increasing awareness.

LSSM 2024 Judges

Our judging panel comprises consultants and experts from the world of life science, biopharma, applied research and sales and marketing. Completely independent from the event and all of the nominated companies, they will review all qualifying submissions thoroughly, before deciding on first a shortlist, and then the ultimate winner of each category.

Award Winner’s Accolades

Each category winner will receive a beautiful awards trophy inscribed with their name and the name of the award they have won.

The winners will be featured on the Life Science Sales and Marketing Awards website and social media. We will also provide materials for each winner to promote their own win such as website banners/badges, wording and imagery.

Life Science is a global effort, and in order to recognize companies across the world we will be hosting the event virtually. Register to watch the awards here.

What are the entry dates?

Entries will closed at 5pm PT on Tuesday 22nd October 2024

Who can enter?

The awards are open to anyone working in scientific sales and marketing. Companies working in material research are encouraged to apply as well as those working within the Life Sciences.

What does it cost to enter?

Entry is completely free and you can enter as many categories as you want. The virtual awards ceremony is also free to attend.

How will I know if I am a finalist?

You will be informed via email when the shortlist is available and whether you have been selected as a finalist by one of our judges. These will also be announced on our social media pages.

How will I attend the ceremony?

The virtual awards ceremony will be available to watch live on the date of the ceremony. Anyone can watch and you can register to join here.
